Not all courses are offered online. Online availability is determined by the specific curriculum requirements. Certain portions of the program—particularly hands-on training and clinical components—must be completed in person.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure each student receives personalized instruction and hands-on support.
Once the application fee is submitted, applicants will be scheduled to complete their enrollment paperwork. Admission decisions are typically provided in writing within one week. Students who are accepted must complete their enrollment within 14 days of acceptance to secure their seat in the program.
Upstate School of Therapies is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment. Admission may be denied in cases involving felony convictions, serious physical or emotional limitations that would prevent safe participation, prior dismissal for attendance, misconduct, or academic failure, falsification of application information, or behavior that does not meet professional and ethical standards required by licensing regulations.

50% before class and 50% at halfway point

A $2,000 down payment is required to start the program. The remaining balance can be paid in equal monthly installments. For example, for a $16,000 program:
- Down payment: $2,000
- Remaining balance: $14,000
- 14 monthly payments of $1,000 each
PayPal installments
There are no prepayment penalties, but minimum down payments and late payment policies apply.
